We at Intrigue Gymnastics take pride in providing a safe, healthy, and fun environment for you and your child’s fitness and development. For that reason, we provide below the rules and regulations of our facility.
Intrigue Gymnastics Rules & Regulations
-
Please visit our Customer Portal to request a free trial class! You will be notified as soon as your request is approved/denied.
-
Every student is required to be covered under a NON-REFUNDABLE annual registration fee. The Registration Fee will be auto-charged on your Intrigue anniversary.
-
Statements are emailed around the 25th of each month and tuition is due at/before the 1st class of the month. If the 1st day of the month falls on a weekend or federal holiday, autodrafts will run the business day before. The 15TH of each month is the final drop date for the next month without being charged. All sales are final. Call the front desk or stop by during our office hours to drop.
-
If no one is able to answer anytime you call, you must leave a voicemail and/or send a text message with your first & last name, as well as your child's first & last name.
-
-
Due to the high volume of spam calls we receive, we are unable to call back anyone who doesn't leave a message.
-
A $25 Late Fee will be applied to your account if your balance is not paid by the 15th of each month.
-
If you drop from class, we are unable to hold your child's spot and cannot guarantee that it will remain available when you re-enroll.
-
Our tuition increases annually, and this will be communicated with you via email prior to the increase.
-
Intrigue is happy to offer one make-up class per month if you have to miss class for vacation, sickness, or any other personal reason. All make-ups must be booked through the Customer Portal or the front desk after missing a class.
-
When the gym is closed for our 4 major breaks throughout the year (Spring Break, Summer Break, Fall Break and Christmas break) we don't do make-ups since our tuition is based off 48 weeks per year rather than 52 weeks in order to build those in. However, if the gym is closed for a holiday such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc., a makeup token will be added to your account for a missed class due to the gym being closed. Also, if there ends up being 5 classes in 1 month (ex: 5 Tuesdays one month) we don't charge extra for that 5th class!
-
SICKNESS POLICY: Students should not come to class if they have exhibited any of the following within the last 48 hours:
- Fever greater than 100.4
- Vomiting
- Any rash with or without fever
- Diarrhea
- Colored drainage from eyes or nose with fever greater than 100.4
- Sustained cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing
If a student demonstrates these symptoms during class, they will be dismissed from class. Intrigue families further acknowledge, understand, appreciate and agree that their participation may result in possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including, but not limited to, MRSA, Influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation and exposure. -
SPOTTING/EQUIPMENT SHARING: By enrolling at Intrigue, you agree that you are aware that there will be times when our coaching staff will spot (physically assist) my student when the circumstances require it. Spotting is often necessary in order to teach skills safely, to help athletes perform skills correctly, and to prevent injury. By enrolling in a class at Intrigue, I permit my child's teacher to physically assist my child when needed and to share equipment with other students in class.
-
All Intrigue students' safety is our No. 1 priority, so there is NO coaching allowed from parents/over the lobby wall. Any parent doing so will be asked to leave and their child will be dismissed from class. This is very distracting to the child, and distracted gymnastics/tumbling is very dangerous. All Intrigue staff members are highly trained and any questions about class need to be saved for after dismissal.
-
NO entry to the floor or any equipment by non-participants is allowed. A participant is a registered student, parent, or adult enrolled in a class. Anyone waiting for class must remain in the lobby until called out to the floor by an instructor.
-
Loose clothing is not permitted. Preferable attire includes a leotard or tight-fitting t-shirt/tank top and shorts, leggings, etc. Long hair must be tied back. Cheer shoes may be worn during tumbling classes but are not required, and all other classes will be done barefoot. Students are invited to bring a water bottle to keep in the lobby!
-
No chewing gum is allowed in class and absolutely no smoking is permitted on our premises or parking lot.
-
Remove all loose jewelry prior to class. We are not responsible for lost or damaged articles.
-
Respectful social behavior is expected of all students and parents. Unacceptable behavior includes cutting in front of others, pushing, hitting, bad language or disrespecting instructors. Participants who are continually disruptive will be asked to leave.
-
If a student needs to leave class early or for any reason, the parent/guardian must tell their instructor at the start of class and when the student is leaving prior to the end of class. This includes getting a drink, going to the bathroom, or if they need to leave class early. If at any time a student feels unusual pain or discomfort, it is his or her responsibility to report this to the instructor immediately.
-
When class is dismissed, no student is permitted to leave the building without a parent, guardian or caretaker. Students waiting to be picked up must wait inside the building, and must stay in the lobby.
-
Parents, you MUST come inside the gym to pick up your child if you're not already in the gym. Students 10 years old and under cannot be in the building without a parent or guardian. If you need to step out to make a phone call, grab something from the car, etc., you must let your child's instructor know. Please keep in mind that you are 100% responsible for your child when they are on our premises, including the parking lot.
-
During Parent-Tot classes, a parent or guardian must be on the floor and involved in the class at all times. During Preschool classes, a parent or guardian must be in the Preschool room during the entire class but will not come onto the floor unless requested by the instructor. Coaching, correcting your child, etc. from the viewing area will not be tolerated. If the parent/guardian needs to step out of the Preschool room, they must inform their child's instructor.

Last but not least, have fun!!!
