Birthday Parties

When you have your child’s birthday celebration at Intrigue, not only do they get the most FUN party environment around, the parents get to enjoy the party as well!

The staff at Intrigue will facilitate the party allowing for structured playtime in the gym, obstacle courses, trampolines, free time, opening gifts, and more - all located within our 10,000 sq. ft. facility! We're located very close to the Lebanon, TN square at The Mill.

 

Our parties are offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00-4:00 p.m. or 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Birthday Balloons

BIRTHDAY PARTIES INCLUDE:

  • Two hours total

  • One full hour of gym time in our 10,000 sq.ft. facility

    • Option to add our castle bounce house! ($25 extra)

  • After the gym time is over, continue the fun in our lobby with cake, cupcakes, pizza, or whatever food/family-friendly drinks (no alcohol allowed at Intrigue birthday parties) that you bring for your guests!

  • We provide folding tables (measurements below) and chairs.

    • Keep the decor as simple as you'd like, or let all your Pinterest dreams become a reality! Several people like to bring tablecloths, balloons, decorations, etc. You may arrive 15-20 minutes early to decorate.

  • Our staff facilitates the party from start to finish. This keeps everyone safe, gets the kids a taste of the wonderful sport of gymnastics, & of course, makes sure it's fun for all! With that said, please keep in mind that our parties are not a free-for-all and our staff follows a specific schedule for parties. Disrespect from participants or adults will not be tolerated. Safety is always our #1 priority!

  • Be sure to bring serving utensils, plates, cups, silverware, candles, lighter, etc. for the food & drinks you provide.

  • If there's any extra time after the kids eat, open presents, etc., our staff will lead the kids in more play time either in the big gym or preschool room.

  • When there's about 10 min. left, our staff will gather the kids for group photos! After taking a few group pics, it’s time to send the kids back to the lobby to start putting their shoes on, gathering their belongings, etc.

  • When the party is over, let us do the cleaning! Our staff will handle the mess so you and your loved ones can continue to enjoy the day.

BIRTHDAY PARTY PRICES:

  • $150 for up to 10 participants

    • Only $10 per participant after that!

    • The birthday child is not included in this number.

    • "Participants" are friends, siblings, attendees, etc. who get on the equipment and take part in the party. Parents do not count toward the number of participants since they are not allowed on the equipment.

    • You won't be charged for kids you invited who couldn't make it!

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit must be made in order to reserve a party at Intrigue Gymnastics. Your party is NOT SCHEDULED on our calendar until the deposit has been received & confirmed with you by our front desk team. This can be done in person or over the phone during our office hours - Monday-Thursday 3:00-7:30 p.m.

    • We will NOT hold a date with no deposit.

    • Any outstanding balance on your Intrigue account must be paid prior to making a birthday party deposit.

  • The remaining party balance must be paid on the day of the party based on how many participants show up. The payment will be taken by our staff before you leave Intrigue at the end of the party.

  • There is a $25 fee if you choose to add on our castle bounce house.

  • Payments can be made via cash, check made out to Intrigue Gymnastics, or card.

    • There is a 1.5% fee to run a card.

  • While tips are certainly never required, we get asked often if you're allowed to tip your party staff. The answer is yes! We'd also love to hear if you feel your party staff went above & beyond. Please feel free to send us feedback via phone call, text, or Facebook message!

TABLE MEASUREMENTS:

  • The following are available for your use:

    • One 4' table

    • Two 5' tables

    • One 6' table

    • One 8' table

  • We also have a fridge and freezer you can use, or you're welcome to bring coolers/whatever you need to keep food and drinks cold.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • You may arrive at the gym 15-20 min. before your party to decorate. Any food left at the gym after your party will be discarded. Remember, we do all the gym clean-up do that's one less thing on your plate!

  • Please touch base via call/text with our Office Manager (615-443-7995) by 6:00 p.m. on the Thursday before your party in order to review any last-minute details from our end and questions you may have.

    • Be sure to leave your first & last name in all voicemails/texts to the gym!

  • ADULTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY EQUIPMENT AT ANY TIME!

  • There will be a sign-in sheet/waiver at the front desk for parents to sign in all participants. If a child plans to ride with a friend or family member other than their parent/guardian, please be sure they bring a signed waiver to the party, which can be downloaded & printed below.

  • Attendees are NOT allowed on the equipment without a signed waiver.

  • As a reminder, our staff facilitates the party and schedule of events from start to finish. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
