What started as a dream became a reality on September 3, 2003 thanks to Ginger Raines. A lifetime local from right here in the heart of Middle TN, Ginger grew up doing gymnastics in Mt. Juliet. She studied education at MTSU and later began capturing the hearts of children and their families as a coach with her incredible ability to connect, motivate, inspire, teach, and everything in between. If anyone you meet has done gymnastics (or hot yoga!) in Lebanon or Mt. Juliet, their lives have likely been touched thanks to Mrs. Ginger! She lives in Mt. Juliet with her husband Brad, two dogs, and has two grown children-- Halle and Aidan.

Welcome to Intrigue Gymnastics! We opened our doors on September 3rd, 2003 in Lebanon, TN at The Mill just west of the square. Intrigue's mission is to provide a safe, happy, and healthy environment for kids to learn and grow.
